Builder is responsible for submitting pictures of their home(s) by August 9, 2019. Please take pictures of exterior front and back, living area, kitchen, master bedroom and any other additional pictures you would like to have shown at the Parade Awards Banquet. Pictures must be submitted to Shirley Rouse at email@example.com, preferably through One Drive (or equivalent). Please call if you have questions (719) 592-1800, ext 117.
The sooner we have your pictures, the more we can promote your home on social media!
Mark Your Calendars!
Mandatory builder meeting - Tues, July 30 8:30 am at the HBA office. Anyone/everyone involved at your home during the Parade are encouraged to attend. Bring a vehicle big enough to pick up all your materials.
Judging Day - Thurs, August 1
We will let you know if the judges will be at your home in the AM or PM; and give you at last 30 minutes notice before they arrive. You CANNOT be in the house when the judges are present.

Parade of Homes - Fri, Aug 2 thru Sun, Aug 18
Your home MUST be open from 10 am to 6 pm during the Parade unless you have notified us in advance of the times you are closed. If you have a model home and are open on Monday and Tuesday, you can set your own hours.
Return Materials - Due by noon on Tues, Aug 20
ALL Parade materials must be returned to the HBA office by noon.
Parade of Homes Awards Banquet - Wed, Aug 28 @ Colorado Springs Marriott, 5pm
Each builder will receive 2 complimentary registrations to the event. Featured communities receive 4 complimentary registrations. Additional registrations are available for $85 per person.
